The Apollo announces Breakin’ Convention, the international festival of hip-hop dance theatre from Sadler’s Well in London, returning to the Apollo Theater on October 13-18. Breakin’ Convention pays homage to the past, present, and future expressions of hip hop dance that have traveled from the South Bronx and Harlem all around the world and back again, morphing into a brand new convert dance style that loses none of its freshness, vitality, and originally.
