The LiftOff Residency takes place at NDA’s Studio in TriBeCa and provides three physical-based performance artists with a minimum of 36 hours of rehearsal space each, a $500 stipend, and monthly Work Sessions.

Applicant Guidelines:

• Studio hours are offered Monday through Friday from 10 am – 6 pm
• Fall/ Winter artists can book from November 2022 – January 2023 / Spring artists can book from March 2023 – May 2023
• Studio Regulations:
  • No live or loud music
  • No dancing with shoes unless approved
  • Props must be approved in advance
  • No more than four participants per artist/company
  • Artists must be fully vaccinated

Work Sessions are designed to share about the creative process and project development, and participate in a community exchange. They are a space to present live work you are creating during the residency and get feedback.
