Celebrating the company’s 45th year, the Company returns to the Joyce under the leadership of newly appointed Artistic Director Linda-Denise Fisher-Harrell. The program includes the solo Show Pony by Kyle Abraham, a duet to Ne Me Quitte Pas by Spenser Theberge, Ohad Naharin's B/olero, Amy Hall Garner's As the Wind Blows, and Aszure Barton's BUSK. Choreographer and video artist, Moss’ Your marks and surface premieres in collaboration with dancer Sawami Fukuoka, composer Stephen Vitiello, and painter Angela Dufresne. Moss invites the audience to “join in something worn, physical, and reflective. Something incomplete and unabled, perhaps unsafe, but still sweet: a warm lonesome concoction mulled by more than the pandemic’s long embrace,” notes the release. Find out more here
