![]() The UBW Choreographic Center is a ten-year initiative and investment in the development of women choreographers of the African Diaspora, whose voices are not as prominent in the national arts ecology as they should be. The UBW Fellowship Program is one component of the evolving UBW Choreographic Center. Through a nationwide vetting, these five artists were identified as having distinctive artistic voices and compelling points of view addressing particular issues of cultural narrative and history.
