The LiftOff Residency takes place at NDA’s Studio in TriBeCa and provides three New York City physical-based performance artists with a minimum of 36 hours of rehearsal space each, a $500 stipend, an introductory meeting, and two feedback sessions.

APPLICANT GUIDELINES
For solo artists, or groups with up to 4 artists
Studio hours are offered Monday through Friday from 10 am –6 pm
Fall/ Winter artists can book from November 2023 – January 2024
Spring artists can book from March 2024 – May 2024

Studio Regulations:
No live or loud music
No dancing with shoes unless approved
Props must be approved in advance
No more than four participants per artist/company
Artists must be fully vaccinated

FEEDBACK SESSIONS
This residency is for artists looking to join a small cohort of artists to share and give feedback on each other's work. Feedback sessions are designed to share about creative process, project development, and participate in a community exchange. They are a space to present live work you are creating during the residency. Discussions regarding process, development, and production are also encouraged.
