In the fifth episode of my "Hangin'" series I'll be talking with the multifaceted Germaine Ingram. Learn about her days tap dancing in collaboration with the dancer LaVaughn Robinson and the many artistic projects she has been involved in. She is one of the filmmakers of the 2004 documentary “Plenty of Good Woman Dancers”, which focuses on female tap dancers in Philadelphia whose careers were most active between the 1920’s and 1950’s. In this conversation, she also shares some of her research on the dancer Louise Madison.
