The Harriet Holland Social Club Presents the 84th Annual Star-Burst Cotillion in the Grand Ballroom of the Renaissance Hotel - Colette Robert Mabou Mines Resident Artist Program (RAP) is a laboratory for emerging artists to experiment with performance ideas. The program offers artists the opportunity to work in residence at Mabou Mines during spring 2023. The artists receive rehearsal/performance space, a stipend, mentoring, and administrative and technical assistance. Participants attend monthly meetings, creating an artistic community through shared ideas in a forum-like setting.
Resident Artists show their work in development at the culmination of the residency. The showings are free and open to the public.
Mabou Mines RAP is open to early career artists both individuals and small companies of all disciplines –- performers, playwrights, dramaturges, directors, designers, composers, choreographers, visual artists –- anyone with a compelling performance idea.
Applicants must be residents of New York City.
