We are excited to announce that Japan Society will be hosting dance auditions on December 2 and 3, 2019 for the internationally prominent dancer, choreographer and film star, Min Tanaka’s new work. The creation of this new work will be the main focus of Min Tanaka’s month-long New York City residency in June 2020, culminating in a world premiere on Japan Society’s stage during the week of June 22, 2020. The attached announcement explains details of the audition as well as Min Tanaka’s artistic vision for the project and a short bio of his expansive career.
No performance experience is required!
