Gibney Dance Company’s summer intensive is geared toward dancers who are interested in engaging with the Company’s multifaceted perspectives on contemporary dance technique, creative process, and art as activism. The Intensive will focus on enhancing technical ability, challenging physical artistry, and developing contemporary partnering expertise. Additionally, a strong focus will be placed on providing dancers with the necessary tools to propel their careers as entrepreneurial citizens in our world. Sessions will be facilitated by Gibney Dance Company's Artistic Associates: Nigel Campbell, Kassandra Cruz, Devin Oshiro, and Brandon Welch along with Associate Artistic Director Amy Miller.
