Kwanzaa Celebration: Regeneration Night

The Apollo’s popular annual Kwanzaa celebration will extend to two performances this year, and feature renowned New York-based dance company, Abdel Salaam’s Forces of Nature Dance Theatre, singer/songwriter and guitarist, Raul Midón; and musician/composer Foday Musa Suso. This joyful evening of dance and music will honor the principles of Kwanzaa—family, community, and culture. Radio host Imhotep Gary Byrd will host the performances.
