Performance Mix Festival presents physically-based, experimental explorations in dance, music, video and interdisciplinary performance by emerging and mid-career choreographers. “The most elaborate festival of the unpredictable,” (The New York Times) is a jam-packed program of local, national, and international artists with new perspectives on how we experience dance.
Seeking works 20 minutes long, 15 minutes long, and short shorts, as well as performative duration works. Artists receive a fee, complimentary video documentation, and rehearsal space.
The application deadline is Friday, November 2, 2018.
