Flomin premieres First Move with an original score by Pierre de Gaillande and Gary Greenblatt and lighting by Joe Levasseur. First Move is “…a reflection on the mature dancing body: its history, its knowledge, its possibilities, and its limitations…[and it]…makes visible the internal archive of the dancer’s body through the kaleidoscopic interweaving of individuals and materials—people meet, divide, and weave into and out of each other’s worlds,” notes the release.
