Sidra Bell Dance New York brings its newest work, Unidentifiable; Bodies, “… a 90-minute work and the third in a trilogy including Nudity (2012) and .heterogamy (2013), which specifically deal with identity, intimacy, duration, absence, and existence.” This new work is “…structured as a live collaboration between company dancers (Jonathan Campbell, Austin Diaz, Alexandra Johnson, and Rebecca Margolick) and resident lighting designer (Amith Chandrashaker) the piece forms itself spontaneously and differently each performance,” notes the release.
