For this weekend of free dance performances, Battery Dance Festival will feature the Erasing Borders Festival of Indian Dance, curated by the Indo-American Arts Council; companies and dancers from Colombia, India, Italy, Norway and Poland; and performances by 13 NYC-based dance Companies.  The roster or artists includes: Battery Dance Company, Mumbai’s Kathak Sanjukta Wagh, Jayesperi Moopen’s Johannesburg-based Tribhangi Dance Theatre,  MoralesDance (New York City), Indelible Dance Company (Brooklyn), Sankofa Danzafro (Medellin, Colombia), Enzo Celli’s VIVO Ballet, a contemporary dance project based in Rome, Polish Dance Theatre, Beatrice Capote, Cornfield Dance, BOOMERANG, Buglisi Dance and many more.  Find out more here
