“Summer Grooves,” an hour-long dance variety show curated by Katie Drablos celebrating collaboration and creative exploration, will feature original works by NYC based choreographers, live music, and a diverse dance scene in the Big Apple. The lineup of choreographers includes Adrian Lee, Alex Mitchell, Billy Griffin, Chip Abbott, Dylan Pearce & Nina Hudson, Katie Drablos, Kenna Morris Garcia, Lisa Harvie & Woman in Motion, Mayu Yamashita, and Nicholas Cunningham. Mark Morris Dance Group (MMDG) makes its Joyce debut with two programs of repertoire by artistic director Mark Morris. Live music from the MMDG Music Ensemble accompanies works.
