Dancers face constant change in their daily performing lives as well as in their future planning. No matter whether by conscious choice or by circumstance, change happens, and it can bewitch, bother and bewilder.... It can also destabilize, distract and disorient.
This five-session workshop will help you understand your personal change process and offer you effective and creative skills and techniques for managing the myriad of transitions that you may be facing or will face in your personal and professional lives.
